20 minute fat loss?

I'm loving training with Kettlebells. You can do every type of workout with this most basic of tools.

Great thing about this is you don't need to do seperate workouts for cardio and strength training. My favorite style of training at the moment is PHA Training with the Kettlebell. PHA stands for
PERIPHERAL HEART ACTION TRAINING
Short intense and bloody hard work! Who cares though, when the results are so good.

5 areas for attention -

Upper body Push
Lower body pull
Core
Upper body pull
Lower body push

20 minutes, with 3-4 circuits of between 12 and 8 reps per side with the Kettlebell, you're fried.
I've transformed more doing PHA with the kettlebell,than in 20 years doing convential bodybuilding training.
My brother in law is down 20lbs in a month!! Awesome

PHA was utilised very effectively by Bruce Lee. Who wouldn't want a body like that?
